    How we work

    1. Process before software. We model processes (BPMN) and agree on the target state before configuring anything, so the system does not automate existing chaos.
    2. First result fast. Projects are split into phases with a working result on live data early, then expanded.
    3. Products over one-off code. When a need repeats across clients, we turn it into a maintained application instead of custom code that breaks with platform updates.
    4. Honest scoping. Effort is estimated bottom-up from a catalog of work units and calibrated on our actual project history. We bill for actual time spent, with the rate agreed per project.

    Grygoriy Synieok — CEO & Founder

    Grygoriy has worked with Creatio since its bpm'online days, starting with a from-scratch implementation for logistics and financial accounting in a group of companies. Before founding SYNTECH, he led IT departments: IT strategy, infrastructure, ITIL-based service management and digital transformation programs covering ERP, CRM and omnichannel communications. At SYNTECH he combines solution architecture — Creatio Freedom UI, C# backend, PostgreSQL — with product strategy and business development.
