Case Overview
The Ukrainian oil trading company is our major partner, the leader in the Ukrainian wholesale market of light petroleum products. Working with us, UNTK successfully went through the process of digital transformation using Creatio, modernized its business processes and strengthened its competitiveness in the market.

Brief
Initially, the company used standard accounting tools such as excel, instant messengers, 1C (BAS). All processes were carried out manually and duplicated each other.

Our approach
The digital transformation project included three main areas: Automation of sales management processes, interaction with customers and integration of Creatio with 1C (BAS).

Automation of sales management processes: We have developed processes for processing Leads by integrating Creatio with the company’s website, processing Applications from customers, automated the processes of invoicing and controlling their payments through integration with the bank. Automated the process of concluding contracts with contractors using the company’s website and integration with OpenDataBot.
Integrations
We have integrated Creatio and the 1C (BAS) accounting system to exchange data in both directions for such entities: counterparty, nomenclature, sales, goods items, invoices, cash receipts.

Results
After reengineering and optimizing business processes, we automated tasks and reduced their execution time by 40%.
