    SYNTECH Partner Program

The SYNTECH partner program is a dedicated program for integrators, consultants and customers in the Creatio ecosystem. It does not replace the Creatio Partner Program — it sits on top of it: Creatio rewards the partner for platform licenses, SYNTECH rewards the partner for Marketplace apps, ready-made vertical solutions and joint implementations. Partner reimbursement is 20–35% of app subscription payments: a discount off list price if you invoice the customer, or a commission if SYNTECH invoices.

    Why a separate program

Creatio already has a partner program — it covers platform licenses. The apps SYNTECH sells on top of the platform barely count in it: today a Creatio partner earns only 20% when their customer buys Syntech Kanban or PM Studio. We want to change that.

Conflict of interest: None: the programs complement each other. The Creatio partner keeps its platform margin; SYNTECH never resells Creatio licenses through a partner’s customer

    Who it is for

    Creatio integrators

Creatio partners of any status who implement the platform and want ready-made components in their projects instead of custom development. The core segment.

    Consultants and freelancers

Individual Creatio experts and small studios. They usually bring the customer while SYNTECH invoices.

    Creatio customers

Companies already using Syntech apps who recommend them to industry peers. The reward is credited against their renewal.

    How it works

One model for every partner. You bring the customer; who invoices is your choice.

    1

    You bring the customer

Register the deal in the portal, introduce the customer to Syntech apps, join the first meeting. The deal is protected for 90 to 180 days by tier.

    2

The sale — whichever way suits you

Either you sell the subscription under your own contract and invoice the customer, or SYNTECH does it directly. SYNTECH delivers implementation and support of the apps.

    3

    Reward

20–35% of subscription payments by tier — for the first year and every renewal while the customer is active.

    Tiers and benefits

    The tier is reviewed quarterly.

    4

    Onboarding

    Partner agreement — key terms

    • Non-exclusive agreement: the partner is free to work with other vendors, SYNTECH with other partners.
    • Term 12 months with auto-renewal; termination with 60 days’ notice; earned commissions on active subscriptions are paid for 12 months after termination.

    • Brand: logos and status used per the guideline.
    • Confidentiality of customer data, price list and roadmap; NDA as part of the agreement.
