What is Syntech Manufacturing?

Syntech Manufacturing is an MES/MRP application for Creatio. A customer order starts the manufacturing cycle — production plan, MRP calculation, production, quality control and shipment — and the execution status flows back to sales without duplicated data.

Most manufacturers run planning in Excel, execution on paper and sales in a CRM. Changes in orders, stock or capacity reach the production plan too late, and it is hard to answer a simple question: where is this order right now? Syntech Manufacturing puts the plan, the shop floor and the commercial side on one platform, with real-time visibility of every work center.

The scheduling engine builds a plan by priority, due date, product type, color sequence or optimal load, so planners start from a feasible schedule instead of a blank sheet.

MRP with multi-level BOM

Hierarchical bills of materials with unlimited nesting, scrap percentages and alternative components. MRP explodes the BOM across all levels and generates purchase requests automatically.

Operator workstation

A touch-friendly interface lets operators start, pause and complete operations in one tap, register material consumption and output, and log downtime directly on the shop floor.

Work center monitoring

See utilization, active operations and next week's workload for every machine. Detect overloaded or idle work centers and scheduling conflicts before they hit deadlines.

Inventory and traceability

Material backflush, batch traceability and real-time inventory updates. Finished goods are recorded with quantities, scrap and warehouse location.

Quality, OEE and dashboards

Quality inspections, and a production dashboard with an OEE gauge (availability, performance, quality), 8 KPI cards, order status, work center utilization, trend charts and downtime Pareto analysis.

Cost tracking

Automatic plan-vs-actual cost calculation per order, broken down by materials, labor, machine time and tooling. Tool wear monitoring raises maintenance alerts.
