ProductionHRM in Creatio by Syntech: recruiting, onboarding, and team development in one system
HR processes in most companies are scattered across various tools: vacancies are managed in one system, candidates in spreadsheets, onboarding in chats and "don't forget" reminders, and performance reviews are compiled manually before each evaluation cycle. This consumes HR team's time and creates a risk that something will simply get lost between stages.
Creatio UI & productivity
Ready UI components instead of building from scratch: maps, pivots, diagrams, whiteboard.
Syntech HRM for Creatio closes this gap – the entire employee lifecycle, from the first contact with a candidate to employee development within the company, operates within a single system based on Creatio Freedom UI.
1. Recruiting: from vacancy to offer in one process
The recruiting module automates the hiring process at all stages – from creating a vacancy to a candidate accepting an offer. Candidates move through configured pipeline stages that the company defines for its hiring process.
The system automatically reminds about scheduled interviews, collects feedback from the team, and allows decision-making based on structured candidate evaluation.
2. Integration with job portals, including Work.ua
It's worth highlighting the integration with external job portals. Candidates from these sources are automatically imported into the system, and statuses and feedback statistics are synchronized without manual data transfer.
Smart matching prevents candidate duplication. All candidates, regardless of the source, enter a unified system.
For the Ukrainian market, there is a ready integration with Work.ua.
3. Structured onboarding: 30/60/90-day plan
The first months of a new employee's work are when it's easiest to miss something: not assigning a mentor, forgetting about intermediate feedback, not setting a task on time. Syntech HRM builds onboarding around automated tasks and checkpoints for 30, 60, and 90 days.
A new employee is assigned a buddy and a mentor, mandatory tasks are tracked by the system, and feedback is collected at each stage of the probationary period – both from the employee themselves and from their manager.
4. Performance management: KPI, OKR, and evaluation cycles
Team development is difficult to manage without clear and measurable goals. In Syntech HRM, you can set and track KPIs and OKRs, as well as conduct performance review cycles that include employee self-assessment, manager assessment, and peer review – assessment from colleagues.
The system allows for the creation of individual development plans and tracks employee progress towards their professional goals.
5. Regular 1:1 meetings between manager and employee
One of the less obvious but very practical functions is the automation of regular 1:1 meetings. After the first meeting, the system itself creates subsequent ones – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the chosen recurrence pattern.
The manager receives reminders before the meeting, can record notes and follow-ups, and track employee mood through mood rating.
6. Offboarding without lost tasks and knowledge
Employee termination is not just about HR paperwork, but also a risk of losing knowledge and unclosed tasks. The offboarding module structures this process through a clear task list, exit interviews for feedback collection, and the transfer of knowledge and tasks to the next responsible person.
The system tracks that all mandatory steps – from HR, IT, and management – are completed on time.
Technical details
Syntech HRM for Creatio is built on Freedom UI – Creatio's no-code platform, so configuring the application does not require writing code. The solution is compatible with Creatio version 8.3.0 and above and is available as a paid application in Creatio Marketplace.
Why it works as a single system, not a set of tools
The main advantage of this approach is not the individual functions themselves, but that they work in a single environment. Data about a candidate who became an employee does not disappear after hiring: it transfers to onboarding, then to performance cycles, to 1:1 meetings, and, if necessary, to offboarding. The HR team does not need to manually transfer information between systems – and does not need to answer the question "at what stage is this candidate/employee now" from memory.
