Syntech Scheduler for Creatio in Creatio Freedom UI

A table-based task list displays the data, but it does not always make it easy to assess schedules, team workload, or overlapping events. Syntech Scheduler for Creatio transforms records containing date and time fields into an interactive calendar in Freedom UI.

In the video, Scheduler is added to the Tasks page through Freedom UI Designer. After selecting the data source, the administrator defines the start and end date fields and configures the event appearance, statuses, grouping, and calendar behaviour.

Six Ways to View Your Schedule

The same records can be viewed across different time scales:

• Day - a detailed daily schedule;

• Week - weekly work planning;

• Month - a monthly overview of events;

• Year - long-term calendar planning;

• Agenda - a chronological list of upcoming events;

• Resource Timeline - task and workload distribution across resources.

In the demonstration, the user switches between calendar views and opens Resource Timeline, where events are grouped by the people responsible.

Configuring the Data Source and Event Display

In the Data Source settings, the administrator selects the Creatio schema, date field, and end-time field. The Display settings allow you to specify the event title, colour, description, additional fields, owner, and owner photo.

Statuses are configured separately, including the status field, required values, labels, and colours. This makes different event types and statuses easier to distinguish in the calendar.

Grouping and Resource Timeline

Scheduler supports grouping events by owner, contact, or another selected field. In Resource Timeline, this creates a clear schedule for each resource and helps teams compare workloads in a single view.

Administrators can also select the default calendar view, set the refresh interval, and enable read-only mode. This allows the component to support both active scheduling and overview-only scenarios.

What Processes Can Scheduler Support?

The component works with Creatio objects that contain date and time fields. It can therefore be configured for tasks, meetings, bookings, project activities, or other schedules stored in the CRM.
