SYNTECH Manufacturing connects demand, the production plan, material calculations and shop-floor tasks in one Creatio database. MRP addresses material requirements; capacity planning addresses whether operations fit within the selected period.

A customer order, contract delivery or unit request enters a ranked queue. Forecasts capture expected demand by product and period; production scenarios support month-by-month what-if plans. Each plan item records the product, priority, unit, quantity and required date. The plan moves through Draft, Waiting approval, Approved, In progress and Closed; approval records the approver and date.
MRP explodes the current BOM revision, nets requirements against stock and open supply, applies lot sizing and lead time, and creates material requirements and purchase requests. Incoming supply counts for requests in Approved, Ordered or Partially received states. Draft requests from the same plan are topped up rather than duplicated. Production orders copy the current BOM revision and routing map.
Scheduling compares load with work-centre capacity over a selected horizon and shows takt time and the constraint work centre. Inputs include calendars and shifts, hours per day, efficiency, parallel operations and non-working days. Finite-capacity enforcement is a system setting; WIP limits are configured per work centre.
The Gantt chart shows operations and orders by work centre, including load, dependencies, the critical path and conflicts. You can drag operations, start, pause or complete them, and invoke auto-scheduling. ATP/CTP dates in the queue use stock, capacity and lead times with reasons. Results depend on current BOMs, stock, calendars and operation-time inputs.
