Quality control shares the Creatio database with production orders, operations and batches. The system records measurements and evaluates parameter pass/fail; a person makes the acceptance decision. QMS functionality does not establish certification of the product or your manufacturing operation.

Incoming, in-process and final inspections are available. Material receiving creates a batch, incoming inspection and label; an operation marked Quality check required creates a Pending inspection with copied criteria. Criteria can be numeric, pass/fail or visual, with a unit, minimum, maximum and target. They attach to routing operations and can be overridden per product. The inspector records values and selects Approved, Conditionally approved with a reason, or Rejected.
The quality gate is configured separately and is off by default. It can prevent the next operation from starting until a required inspection is approved. The customer chooses whether to block or warn. Creating an NCR after conditional approval is also controlled by a separate switch; it is not unconditional behaviour.
Rejection can create an NCR. Containment can move a batch to Quarantine, serials to Quality hold and free stock to a quarantine bin blocked from allocation, issue and put-away; reserved stock stays in place. A person selects use-as-is, rework, scrap, supplier return or regrade, with justification and approval by an authorized quality inspector. The workflow includes 8D, five whys, Ishikawa 6M and CAPA with an effectiveness check before closure, a printed inspection protocol and an electronic batch dossier.
