Syntech Approval List: all approvals in one list

Approvals in Creatio are often scattered across the record's history – to understand who hasn't signed yet, you have to open the record and manually review the list of visas. Syntech Approval List solves this problem: a new Freedom UI component collects all approvals for one object into a single, customizable list.

1. All approvals - in one place

Approval List shows every visa of a record: approver, status, date, and comment. The status can be set directly in the list - the owner, date, and author are automatically entered. The list supports filtering by record, status, or approver, and columns can be dragged and resized. Navigation to the source record - in one click.

2. Flexible placement

The component can be placed on any page. On a record page, it automatically shows approvals for that specific record (recordId = $Id). On a section or list page, it shows approvals from several records at once, using the built-in multi-selection filter.

3. Customizing the list for the team's process

The settings menu directly in the list provides access to all options: which approval columns to display, which additional columns to pull from the parent record, and in what order to arrange them.

4. No-code configuration

The component is configured directly in the Freedom UI Designer - through a native properties panel, where the object whose approvals are displayed is selected, and code settings are configured.
