From order to shipment in one MES system

Live demo of Syntech Manufacturing MES solution based on Creatio — an end-to-end production process using the example of order ORD-36 (100 distribution cabinets SHR-600 IP54).

What we show:
— material verification: the system immediately sees deficits and calculates the promised shipment date;
— automatic generation of procurement requests for deficits - separately for each supplier, considering the minimum batch;
— warehouse receipt: batch, incoming control, and label are created with one action;
— placement in a cell with scanning — balances are updated instantly;
— three-way reconciliation of the invoice (request / receipt / payment) and payment registration;
— MRP calculation and generation of production orders in one click;
— shipment of finished products to the client directly from the order.

Order → procurement → warehouse → payment → production → shipment — in one system.
